Reservation Terms

The Gilded Invitation takes place on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM Eastern Time at One if by Land, Two if by Sea, 17 Barrow Street, New York, NY 10014.

A reservation is $260 per guest and is priced and charged in United States dollars. The event organizer does not add a separate payment processing fee.

A reservation is confirmed only after payment has been received and verified. Card payments are confirmed by the payment provider. For Zelle business payments, you complete registration first and receive a reservation reference and payment instructions; your requested seats are held while payment is received, and the reservation becomes confirmed once the host verifies the deposit in the business bank account. If verification is still pending after the holding period, the reservation is flagged for host review rather than cancelled automatically.

Any legally required tax will be disclosed before you commit to payment.

Reservations cannot be refunded. A reservation may be transferred to another guest through Friday, October 23, 2026 at 6:00 PM Eastern, provided the replacement guest's name and required information are updated by that date so that their place card, menu, seating, and communications can be prepared for them. Transfers cannot be completed after the deadline.

Information is requested for every seat you reserve, including the name for the place card and an email address for that guest. Guest names and details may be added or updated through Friday, October 23, 2026 at 6:00 PM Eastern. Providing complete and accurate information by that date is the responsibility of the person who made the reservation.

Dietary requirements, allergies, and accessibility accommodations may be submitted in each guest profile and will be communicated to the venue. Because some accommodations depend on the final menu and the venue's facilities, specific requests cannot be guaranteed until confirmed with the restaurant. Guests with serious allergies should provide complete information during registration.

Seating is arranged by the host. You may request to be seated near another guest, and such requests are considerations rather than guarantees. Final seating decisions remain with the host.

The evening's standard is formal eveningwear, black tie optional. The venue sets business attire as its minimum requirement and retains discretion regarding admission.

Professional photography is not currently offered as part of the guest experience. Guests are welcome to take their own photographs during the evening with courtesy toward other guests and the venue. Any additional photography or video information will be shared with confirmed guests before the event.
