How do I make a reservation?

Visit the Reservations page, select the number of seats you wish to reserve, provide the requested guest information, and choose your preferred payment method. A reservation is confirmed after payment has been successfully received and verified.

How much is a reservation?

The reservation price is $260 per person. Your reservation includes an elegant reception, a formal seated dinner, thoughtfully arranged seating, a curated guest gift, and access to the Digital Style Concierge. The event organizer does not add a separate payment processing fee. Any legally required tax will be disclosed before you commit to payment.

Why is a reservation priced differently from a standard restaurant reservation?

Accepted Answer

The Gilded Invitation is a privately produced event rather than a standard restaurant reservation. The reservation price reflects the complete occasion, including the reception, formal dining, event production, curated hospitality, thoughtfully arranged seating, and Digital Style Concierge access. Pricing is therefore not based solely on the restaurant’s usual menu cost.

How may I pay for my reservation?

Accepted Answer

Zelle business payment is the preferred option because it preserves the greatest event resources. You complete your registration first, receive a unique reservation reference and secure payment instructions, and your seats are held while your payment is received and verified by your host. Credit and debit card checkout remains available as well.

Can I pay for my reservation over time?

Accepted Answer

Eligible guests may apply to use Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay during secure checkout when supported. Approval, repayment terms, interest, and any consumer charges are determined solely by the selected provider. Unlimited Creative Designs LLC does not make approval decisions or establish repayment terms.

Can I use Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay to send a Zelle payment?

Accepted Answer

No. Zelle must be funded through an eligible bank account. Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay are separate options available through secure checkout when supported.

When is a Zelle reservation confirmed?

Accepted Answer

After you send your payment you may select “I Sent My Payment,” which notifies your host. Your reservation becomes Paid and Confirmed only after your host verifies the deposit in the business bank account, and your official confirmation and receipt follow that verification.

Is this a costume event?

Accepted Answer

No. The dress direction is modern formalwear inspired by the Regency era rather than historical reenactment. Guests are encouraged to consider elegant fabrics, rich colors, polished tailoring, graceful silhouettes, and refined accessories. Think elegance, not costume.

Do I need to purchase a new outfit?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. A favorite evening dress, a suit that is well tailored, polished separates, jumpsuit, dinner jacket, or other formalwear may work beautifully. The Digital Style Concierge and Attire Guide are available to help guests explore options across a range of budgets, colors, sizes, and styles.

Can I attend by myself?

Absolutely. Guests attending independently are warmly welcomed. Thoughtful seating is part of the experience, and solo guests will be seated at composed tables intended to encourage comfortable conversation and connection.

Can I reserve for more than one person?

Yes. You may reserve a single seat, or two or more seats for yourself and additional guests as availability allows. Information is requested for every seat you reserve, and every guest has an individual guest profile so that names, dietary needs, accessibility requests, seating considerations, and other preferences can be handled personally.

How will seating be arranged?

Seating will be thoughtfully curated by the host. Guests may request to sit near another person, but seating requests cannot be guaranteed. The seating process may consider existing groups, accessibility needs, guest preferences, and optional Curated Connections responses. Final seating decisions remain with the host.

What is Curated Connections?

Curated Connections is an optional feature of the guest profile designed to help support thoughtful table composition. Guests may voluntarily share a few interests and conversation preferences. Responses are used only to assist the host with seating recommendations and are not displayed publicly. Participation is optional and does not determine admission or seating priority.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements and food allergies?

Guests will be able to provide dietary requirements and allergy information through their individual guest profiles. We will work with the venue to communicate confirmed needs. Because some accommodations depend on venue capabilities, specific requests cannot be guaranteed until confirmed with the restaurant. Menu and beverage selections are not shared before the event. Guests with serious allergies should provide complete information during registration.

Accessibility needs may be submitted through the guest profile. Final accessibility information, including entrances, seating arrangements, and any considerations specific to the venue, will be shared once confirmed directly with the venue. Guests are encouraged to tell us about any accommodations they may need so that we can plan thoughtfully.

A premium open bar featuring specialty cocktails is included, along with alternatives without alcohol. Specific selections are not shared before the event. Please tell us about allergies, dietary needs, and accessibility accommodations during registration, and we will confirm what can be supported.

Will other guests know how I paid or what I reserved?

Accepted Answer

Payment information is private and is visible only to the host and the applicable payment provider. Guests will not see how another person paid for a reservation.

Are reservations refundable or transferable?

Accepted Answer

Reservations cannot be refunded. A reservation may be transferred to another guest through Friday, October 23, 2026 at 6:00 PM Eastern, provided the replacement guest's name and required information are updated by that date so that their place card, menu needs, seating, and communications can be updated. Transfers cannot be completed after the deadline.

What happens if I try to transfer a reservation after 6:00 PM Eastern on October 23, 2026?

Accepted Answer

The transfer window closes automatically at 6:00 PM Eastern on Friday, October 23, 2026. After that moment the transfer button no longer appears, and any transfer submitted afterward is declined with a message explaining that the deadline has passed. Guest names, dietary requirements, allergies, accessibility information, and RSVP details also stop accepting changes at the same time. Nothing is cancelled and no payment is refunded: the reservation and the information already on file remain exactly as they are. If an urgent correction is needed after the deadline, write to Unltdcreativedesigns@gmail.com and the host will review it directly, though a late change cannot be guaranteed because place cards, menus, and seating are finalized with the venue.

Will photographs or video be taken?

Professional photography is not currently offered as part of the guest experience. Guests are welcome to take their own photographs during the evening, with courtesy toward other guests and the venue. Any additional photography or video information will be shared with confirmed guests before the event.

No. Retail prices, sizing, inventory, shipping, and availability are controlled by individual retailers and may change at any time. The Digital Style Concierge is intended to provide inspiration and convenient shopping guidance rather than guarantee a product's price or availability. Guests should review the retailer's current terms before purchasing.

It provides modern styling ideas inspired by the Regency era, curated shopping suggestions, and recommendations organized by budget, color, and item type. It offers inspiration and guidance rather than individual personal styling. Product prices, availability, sizing, shipping, alterations, purchases, and returns are handled directly by the applicable retailer or service provider.

Is The Gilded Invitation an official Bridgerton or Netflix event?

No. The Gilded Invitation is an independently produced social event inspired by the Regency era presented by Unlimited Creative Designs LLC and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Netflix, Shondaland, or the Bridgerton franchise. The event draws inspiration from the elegance, grace, social tradition, and visual atmosphere associated with the Regency era.

Can businesses or organizations sponsor the event?

Yes. Four standard sponsorship levels are available. Gold, Platinum, and Lead Legacy include the complimentary reservations stated for their level; Gilded Benefactor and contributions do not include a reservation. The levels may be selected and paid online on the Support page: Gilded Benefactor at $500, Gold Event Sponsor at $1,000, Platinum Event Sponsor at $2,500, and Lead Legacy Sponsor at $5,000. Gilded Benefactor provides website recognition for 12 months, or anonymous recognition if preferred, plus advance notice of the next qualifying event, and no complimentary reservation. Gold provides website recognition with a link for 24 months and one complimentary reservation, a maximum complimentary value of $260, and a future-use window of 18 months from purchase. Platinum provides enhanced recognition with a link for 36 months and two complimentary reservations, a maximum complimentary value of $520, and a future-use window of 24 months from purchase. Lead Legacy provides the most prominent placement with lifetime recognition and permanent Lead Legacy Sponsor status, three complimentary reservations, a maximum complimentary value of $780, a future-use window of 36 months from purchase, and lifetime priority access to purchase up to two reservations for each qualifying event before reservations open to the general public. A qualifying event is a public ticketed event produced and presented by Unlimited Creative Designs LLC. Private client events, third-party events, and events not produced by Unlimited Creative Designs LLC are excluded. Complimentary reservations may be applied to The Gilded Invitation on October 27, 2026, or to qualifying future Unlimited Creative Designs LLC events, subject to the reservation limits, value cap, availability, and response deadline for the selected sponsorship level. Current-event complimentary reservations must be claimed by Friday, October 23, 2026 at 6:00 PM Eastern and are subject to remaining capacity, and each one uses one reservation and $260 of the aggregate value cap. Sponsorship does not by itself admit anyone beyond those confirmed complimentary reservations; additional attendees make their own paid guest reservations. A flexible contribution may be made in any amount without a sponsorship level, public recognition, or benefits. Custom partnerships, contributed goods or services, and negotiated recognition are still discussed and confirmed in writing through the Partner With Us page. Sponsorship is not deductible for tax purposes.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive confirmation and access to the process for guest information. Each named guest will be able to complete the information needed for seating, dietary requirements, accessibility accommodations, consent to appear in the guest directory, and other event details. Additional event information will be shared as the evening approaches.

What if the event sells out?

If available reservations are filled, a waitlist may be activated. Guests on the waitlist may be contacted if space becomes available. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee admission.

When will I learn my table assignment?

Table assignments will be released closer to the event after the guest list and seating plan have been finalized. Confirmed guests will be notified when their table information is available.
