Privacy Notice

Depending on how you use this site, the following may be collected:

• Account information: your name and email address. Sign-in credentials are handled securely by the authentication provider and are not available to the event host.
• Reservation information: the number of seats reserved, your reservation reference, payment method chosen, payment status, and reservation history.
• Guest information: for each named guest, the full or preferred name for the place card, an email address, dietary requirements and allergies, accessibility accommodations, seating requests, optional Curated Connections responses, and consent to appear in the guest directory.
• Messages you send: contact notes, sponsorship or partnership inquiries, waitlist requests, and support or contribution details, including any information you choose to include.
• Technical information: basic request and error information used to keep the site working, and anonymous counts of which attire retailer links are used.
• Device-only preferences: your saved attire list and size and fit preferences are stored in your own browser and are not sent to the host.

• To create and secure your account and let you manage your reservation.
• To confirm payment and issue confirmations and receipts.
• To prepare place cards, menus, dietary and accessibility arrangements, and seating.
• To send you information you need about the evening.
• To answer your questions and review sponsorship inquiries.

• The venue and its catering staff, who receive only the details needed to serve you, such as guest counts, place-card names, dietary requirements, and accessibility needs. Private seating notes are not shared with the venue.

• Payment and financing providers, which receive the information required to process the payment method you select.

Guest information is not sold, rented, or used for advertising, and is not shared with other guests except through the guest directory described below.

Payment and financing providers receive the information required to process the payment method you select. The event application does not store card numbers or banking credentials. The host receives only the payment status, amount, and reference needed to confirm your reservation. Zelle payments are made through your own bank and verified by the host from the business bank account; no bank credentials are collected here.

Appearing in the guest directory is optional. It applies only where a guest has explicitly consented in their own guest profile, and consent may be withdrawn at any time from the account portal or by writing to the host.

Permission may still be withdrawn after the guest-information deadline of Friday, October 23, 2026, when other guest details can no longer be changed without host assistance. A withdrawal removes the guest from the directory promptly, leaves the reservation and seating record intact, is not treated as a transfer, and is recorded privately for our own accountability. Permission cannot be granted again after that date without host assistance.

Reservation, payment, and guest records are kept while the event is being planned and afterward for the period needed for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. Contact notes and inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the correspondence. Device-only preferences remain in your browser until you clear them.

Information is stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security, so each guest can reach only their own records and administrative access is restricted to the host. Traffic to this site is encrypted. Administrative changes to sponsor recognition and other sensitive settings are recorded in an internal audit log.

You may review or update your account and guest information at any time by signing in to your account, and you may ask the host to correct or remove information that is not required for the event or for financial records. Write to UnltdCreativeDesigns@gmail.com or use the contact page.
